You do not need to travel far for a great vacation or a physical teams meeting with your wellness and wellbeing on top of mind. Just stay local and drive a few hours to Trois Ore Residences and Green Earth Bistro, Onireke GRA, Ibadan. Before there was pandemic, Wellness and Wellbeing were and remain our founding mantra for a memorable “staycation” and wonderful teams meeting/engagement. We are paranoid about poor health and environment so that you can be worry free.

The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to become more paranoid about our demanding standards, forcing us to higher levels with new protocols for infectious diseases prevention.
Trois Ore Residences and Green Earth Bistro have in place a multi-dimensional approach to meeting health and safety challenges.
Below is an overview of our key Health Safety and Environment practices evidencing our founding commitment to wellness and well-being.

INDEPENDENT CLEANLINESS VALIDATION:
We strive to work with outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention for our residence and bistro operations.

NEW CLEANING TECHNOLOGIES
We use electrostatic sprayers and the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the World Health Organization and endorsed by our own local centres for disease control to sanitize surfaces throughout our Property.

PARANOID CLEANING REGIMEN
Guests checking into our rooms, meeting on our property and relaxing/dining at our lounge/bistro will notice that we are different in terms of our protocols and that our spacing has been developed to be wider than the recommended social distancing guidelines.

 Our concept gives us an edge, especially in the time of pandemic, as our building is made of mud, which is a breathable material that promotes airiness, which is known to complement good health. Each of our spaces are configured to take advantage of maximum air to satisfy healthy building biological criteria.
